By using WorkVista, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using our platform.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WorkVista only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or private data
• Using automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
• Posting content that infringes intellectual property rights

3. Job Posts and Applications

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their job postings. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and applications. WorkVista does not guarantee employment outcomes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed according to the selected cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, profiles, job listings). By posting content, you grant WorkVista a license to display it on the platform for its intended purpose.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

WorkVista is provided "as is." We are not liable for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or interactions between users and employers outside our platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
